Variation

Continental Exhibition, Inc. may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Exhibitor Use Policy

Exhibitors at Continental Exhibition, Inc.'s events are subject to final approval by Continental Exhibition, Inc.'s. Continental Exhibition, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, and at any point in time, remove an exhibitor from any event.

Continental Exhibition, Inc. will use reasonable judgment in such a removal process. Specifically, objectionable, illegal, or unethical content will be subject to this Exhibitor Use Policy

Exhibitor Insurance

Exhibitors at Continental Exhibition, Inc.'s events are responsible for carrying their own general liability and special even insurance policies. Such policies shall list Continental Exhibition, Inc. within its certificate of insurance. Policies must carry at least $1M USD per occurrence and $2M USD aggregate coverage.

Data Policy

By registering, you consent to let TechDay provide your contact information to TechDay sponsors, so that sponsors can share the latest news about their services and related offerings by email, post, or telephone. To decline this consent, please email outreach@techdayhq.com before the event date. There is no difference in your event experience if you decline to share your information. You may unsubscribe from receiving news and offers from sponsors at any time by following the instructions in the communications received.

No Refunds

Purchasing an Exhibitor Booth and services at Continental Exhibition, Inc.'s events is a final-sale. While Continental Exhibition, Inc. will do its best to accommodate exhibitors there is a strict no-refund policy. Out of fairness to other exhibitors Continental Exhibition, Inc. requires advance notice of intent to vacate any exhibitor booth.

COVID-19 Refund Policy Amendments

In the event that a TechDay event is cancelled by Show Management (Continental Exhibitions), all exhibitor fees paid to Show Management will be refunded.

In the event that a TechDay event is not cancelled or postponed, but is held as scheduled, exhibitors who wish to cancel their participation, for any reason, are not entitled to a refund for exhibit space fees paid.

Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this agreement shall constitute any partnership or joint venture between the parties.

Assignment

Continental Exhibition, Inc. may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with Continental Exhibition, Inc.'s rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.

You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Continental Exhibition, Inc. in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the State of New York, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations of Expo Pass, Fast Pass, and TechDayTalks registrations will not receive refunds, however substitutions are welcome and fees can be transferred to to substitutes who have not already registered to attend the given event.
