Review of Alienboard

For those of you who haven't seen kids whizzing by upright in a moonwalk fashion even MJ would be jealous of - jump out from underneath your rock and check out hover boards. It's no secret that the tech world has been making huge strides in the past few years around transportation. Uber, Tesla, Blade and more are making great leaps forward for their respective industries. However, today I want to take a look at what the future of personal mobile transportation can look line with my review of the new Alienboard hoverboard.Firstly, this is an amazing piece of equipment. It's applicability to everyday life is questionable given the cloud of regulatory issues around it - but hey, all revolutionary products require a little catch-up time for the world. With specific regard to Alienboard's new model, I'm blown away. The responsiveness is the best I've seen. Speed and battery life are great - and we know the company uses Lithium batteries - so it's well made and won't turn into an inferno. The LED's on the outside of the device seem a bit tacky at first, but they light up when pressure is applied to each side individually - this is especially helpful when teaching someone how to ride. The handling of the Alienboard is particularly well adjusted - it's easy to balance your center of gravity on turns - and with a turning radius equal to the board itself, getting out of a tight spot is a breeze. The mount/dismount of the Alienboard is the hardest to master. I don't think any player in this category has really mastered it. I found dismount particularly difficult with this model, often times I would run over my own feet.If you're after speed - this board is for you. While NYC isn't an especially easy place to legally ride a hoverboard, I was able to get some serious speed in a short distance. The board reportedly goes 12mph - which is extremely fast. All around this board exceeds expectations. For any enthusiast, I would highly recommend it.Interested in this amazing product!?
