They change from time to time, but here are my most important ones right now.1. Don’t let a single day slip away without feeling like you’ve made progress somewhere2. Don’t be defensive, be open to feedback3. Know your numbers - especially your books4. If you’re building a team, make sure you’re supportive and encouraging to them all the time5. Always get in-front of a problem, don’t let it linger6. Viciously pursue big goals, don’t stop until you get them7. Tell me what you’re going to do, do it, then tell me what you did8. Don’t hit moving targets - have clearly defined goals and a clear pathways to success9. You can make progress on product, culture, biz dev, and community every day10. Don’t be afraid to delegate - if you’ve chosen awesome people, they’ll rise to the occasion
