Course Description:

What is the role of Branding in this new digital era? Is User Experience the new Brand? Nelly will be exploring what it means to build a brand in a world with an ever-growing number of channels and technologies, by using design thinking as our mindset.

Attendees will leave this session with a better understanding of how to:

Define the concepts of brand, user experience, and design thinking
Apply design thinking artifacts to accelerate innovation and create experiences that truly answer your users’ needs
