Damian Dolland is the Chief Operations Officer for Morgan Stanley’s Multicultural Client Strategy Group. Mr. Dolland has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and financial advisory, across many sectors and product groups, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, debt & equity capital markets, commodities, quantitative analysis and securitized products.
Mr. Dolland began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Securitized Products Group in New York later moving to South Africa to launch Morgan Stanley’s Sub-Saharan Africa (ex-South Africa) (“SSA”) investment banking business. Post Morgan Stanley, Mr. Dolland was Managing Director and Head of SSA Investment Banking at JP Morgan and later founded the Darisami Group, an emerging market-focused boutique advisory platform.
Mr. Dolland is the co-founder of Trocar Pharma Inc., an early stage biopharma company focused on longevity and survival, and Mounthaven Christian Academy, a non-profit K-8 school platform. Mr. Dolland has degrees in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University and serves on the Duke University Pratt School of Engineering’s board of visitors.
