My Bodega Online is a delivery (B2C) and communication platform (B2B) that improves grocery delivery and payments options for traditional trade grocery stores, and helps fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies save on communication and selling cost to this valuable market segment.

Two problems: 1) Small grocery stores are losing market share to supermarkets and c-stores because of their inefficient delivery systems, no online presence, and disconnection with FMCG companies; and 2) FMCG companies selling cost to this segment is 50% more expensive than selling to modern retail formats.
