DropIn is an on-demand live video inspection service for insurance adjusters that improves the claims-handling process, increases work efficiency, and reduces travel time. DropIn users simply enter the address of the location they are interested in viewing or claim via the desktop platform, or app. The nearest Droperator accepts the job, and initiates the live stream being able to communicate with the insurance professional and capture all requested photos and video of the damaged property. The Viewer directs the Droperator to capture certain spaces to ensure that they get the necessary photos and videos.
