The current approach to treating diabetes has failed patients and the healthcare system. We are developing a cognitive decision management tool for diabetics care known as embrace. embrace curates a patient-centered experience that also empowers care providers with a novel medical decision support mechanism that allows preventative measures to be taken in real time. embrace is a SaaS product and application for diabetics and their care teams.
